We opened Kinchana to celebrate the flavors and ingredients we grew up eating. Most of our burgers center around the same flavors our parents and grandparents cooked with when we were young.
Now that we have our own restaurant, we can bring the Asian and Hawaiian influence with the California and Mexican flavors under familiar dishes: burgers, wings, sandwiches and more.
As we grow here in San Diego, we hope to peel back more layers to our story through our recipes and more.
